It's a good idea to refresh your skills every 2 years. This course is designed to focus on key skills, it allows you to stay up to date and ready to respond to emergencies.

Emergency First Response Secondary Care (first aid) covers injuries or illnesses that are not immediately life threatening. Participants focus on secondary assessment and first aid through knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice.

Primary Care (CPR) skills taught in this course:

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

  • Serious Bleeding Management
