PADI Bubblemaker (8-9) / Discover Scuba (10 upwards)
The PADI Bubblemaker / Discover Scuba is a chance for children to experience the thrill of scuba diving under the supervision of on of our PADI professionals in the swimming pool. Sessions run at Stamford Bridge every other Thursday of the month 7-8pm and at New Earswick Community Pool on a Sunday from 12.00 - 13.30hrs. Cost: £25 per person.
PADI Seal Team (8+)
The Seal Team program is a structured course for young scuba divers from 8 years old. They will complete five sessions, or AquaMissions, during which they will learn the basics of diving – things like buoyancy control, mask clearing, regulator recovery. Its a whole lot of fun too! The PADI Seal Team course runs at Stamford Bridge Community pool every other 6.30 - 7.30pm. Cost: £25 per session plus Seal Team Crewpack (£75.00)
PADI Master Seal Team (8+)
The Master Seal Team is for children who have completed the PADI Seal Team Program. They will complete ten Speciality Aquamissions which reinforce safe diving skills while the kids are having fun. PADI Seals get to sample a wide variety of dives. In addition, it provides parents with a structured program that lets their children develop skills, learn about the aquatic environment and have a lot of good, clean fun. This is also an excellent way to introduce kids to scuba diving prior to full Open Water Diver certification! The PADI Master Seal Team course runs at Stamford Bridge Community pool on every other Thursday 6.0 - 7.30pm. Cost: £25 per session plus Master Seal Team Recognition Pack (£24.99)
PADI Junior Scuba Diver (10+)
The Junior Scuba Diver qualification is great if your child has limited time to complete their course, or if you want the reassurance that your child will always dive with a dive professional and not dive more than 12 metres deep. It is also a great stepping stone towards the PADI Open Water Diver qualification!
PADI Junior Open Water Diver (10-14)
The PADI Junior Open Water Diver Course is the world’s most popular children’s scuba course, and has introduced millions of youngsters to the adventurous diving lifestyle. As a certified PADI Junior Open Water Diver your child will have the freedom to dive with a buddy independent of a PADI Professional (10-11 year olds must dive with a parent or professional), it is their ticket to club diving, resort diving, equipment rental and opportunities to expand their diving skills through PADIs Advanced and Speciality programs!
PADI Junior Adventure Diver (10+)
The PADI Junior Adventure Diver course helps you get more out of diving by introducing you to new types of scuba diving adventures. It’s a great opportunity to work with your instructor to build your scuba diving skills and gain more confidence. The Junior Adventure Diver Course involves completing three of the five dives you complete for your Advanced Open Water Diver Course, so is a great stepping stone to your next qualification!
PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver (12+)
Exploration, Excitement, Experiences - They’re what the PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about. And no, you don’t have to be “advanced” to take it – it’s designed so you can go straight into it after the PADI Junior Open Water Diver course. The Junior Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortable in the water.
PADI Junior Rescue Diver (12+)
“Challenging” and “rewarding” best describe the PADI Junior Rescue Diver course. Building upon what you’ve already learned, this course expands on what you already know about how to prevent problems, and how to manage them if they occur. As a Rescue diver you will be prepared to deal with any problems or incidents that occur while you are diving and is a must for every serious diver.
