During the pool training, your Instructor will teach you all the necessary skills in a controlled environment then during the open water training dives, you will apply your knowledge and repeat the skills under the supervision of your Instructor.
Just bring your swim gear, a t-shirt and your enthusiasm, all your dive equipment is provided for.
