Embark on a journey unlike any other with SSI or PADI Referral Diver training. Our experienced instructors provide a safe and effective program that will teach you all the skills you need to dive confidently and enjoyably down to 18 meters with a buddy.
Completing all of the academic and pool training at home with us, you can then complete your open water training anywhere in the world while on holiday with a local SSI centre.
Then when you are home join us and become a part of a community of passionate and knowledgeable divers and take your training to the next level.

TRAINING PROCESS

The Referral Diver Course is designed to split your Open Water Diver training between two different centres.

Online Learning:
- Begin your scuba journey by accessing digital resources. These online modules cover essential theoretical knowledge, including dive physics, equipment, safety procedures, and environmental awareness.
- You’ll learn at your own pace, absorbing information about buoyancy, pressure, and underwater ecosystems.
Confined Water Sessions:
- Once you’ve grasped the theory, it’s time to get hands-on. These sessions take place in the swimming pool.
- Under the guidance of your instructor, you’ll practice fundamental skills:
  - Assembling and adjusting scuba gear.
  - Clearing water from your mask.
  - Regulator recovery (finding your air source).
  - Buoyancy control.
  - Emergency procedures.
- These confined water dives build your confidence and ensure you’re comfortable with the equipment.
Open Water Dives: (with a different centre)
- Now, the real adventure begins! You’ll head to open water to conduct your dives.
- During four open water dives, you’ll apply what you’ve learned:
  - Descend to depths of up to 18 meters (39 feet).
  - Navigate underwater.
  - Practice buoyancy control in real-world conditions.
  - Explore marine life.
  - Perform safety drills.
- Your instructor will be right there, ensuring your safety and providing feedback.
Certification:
- Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll receive your Open Water Diver certification.
- This certification allows you to dive with a buddy, so you’re ready for underwater adventures!
