Confined Water Teaching Workshops
Your confined water workshops focus on developing your ability to teach, demonstrate, and supervise students effectively. You will:

- Practise supervising and managing student groups in confined water
- Develop coaching techniques to support and correct student performance
- Refine your buoyancy, positioning, and in‑water communication

Open Water Teaching Workshops
In open water, you’ll apply your teaching skills in real‑world training scenarios. You will:
- Assist with student training under instructor supervision

SSI Assistant Instructor Course
To enrol in the SSI Assistant Instructor Course, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Hold the SSI Divemaster rating
(or equivalent from another recognised agency) - Have at least 60 logged dives
- Hold current certifications in:
- Diver Stress & Rescue (or equivalent)
- First Aid, CPR, and Oxygen Provider (within the last 24 months)
- Be medically fit to dive
