OPEN WATER INSTRUCTOR

OWI.jpg

To join SSI's 3-Step Instructor Training Approach, you must be a Divemaster or have an equivalent qualification. The training process begins with the Assistant Instructor / Instructor Training Course combination, which is accompanied by Digital Learning. Once you successfully complete the Instructor Training Course (ITC), you can enroll in an Instructor Evaluation (IE) to become an SSI Open Water Instructor. This 10-day training program allows you to independently teach various key SSI programs, such as Scuba Diver, Open Water Diver, Enriched Air Nitrox, Diver Stress & Rescue, and Dive Guide. If you prefer a more flexible schedule and want to gain teaching experience between the training programs, you can also take the 3 parts as single steps - Assistant Instructor, Instructor Training Course (ITC), and Instructor Evaluation (IE) - one after the other at your own pace.

TRAINING PROCESS

The SSI Open Water Instructor course is a comprehensive training program that prepares candidates to become certified SSI Instructors.
